1 star: for Bad – unacceptable experience
I would not necessarily say "unreasonable and rude conduct."
But the customer service facility is exceptionally poor.
There is nothing worse than waiting 45 minutes for someone to answer the call and all that time their is a recorded message saying the consignment can be checked on the website. THE WHOLE REASON I MAKE A CALL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BECAUSE I HAVE READ THE WEBSITE SO I DONT NEED TO BE TOLD THAT ALL DURING THAT WAIT PERIOD.
I am not alone with this view. The visibility of tracking is at most time appalling especially for my interstate shipments.
There are al local deliveries in Sydney metro area that can sometimes take 3 days.
Extremely frustrating. I consider my business of around $1500 per month to warrant a better service experience than I am currently getting.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. SALES TEAM ARE UNCONTACTABLE AND DO NOT RETURN CALLS. SHIPMENTS ARE RARELY PICKED UP ON THE DAY THEY ARE BOOKED AND TAKE FAR LONGER THAN PROMISED TO BE DELIVERED.
