Our regular driver, Frank is exceptional.
Most enquiries are handled with ease, but some, the staff find it hard to understand what is needed by their customers.
Margaret, Cathy and Chrys go above and beyond and are always helpful

Getting info on non metro pickup or delivery is a nightmare.
Most of the time the pickup does not happen. When you call Hunter, after 25 mins of waiting time. they can't give an answer. Send an online inquiry - email gets replied two days later saying that they will look into it... no other replies after that... Have to send another inquiry and so on.. really frustrating and forcing us to look to another courier company.

We are still getting charged for "Sesonal" charge. Holidays were 6 months ago.. Great if this can be sorted out.

Julie and Cassie from Melbourne branch are great help.

Local metro pickup and deliveries - no issues at all.
