Pricing is bit expensive. When quoted prices are always different to invoice. It is always more than quoted on line.

1. same consignment cargo are always separated and delivered different days.
2. cargo always goes missing
3. always late delivering cargo, most metro cities should take 1-2 days for delivery as per your website but you guys deliver in 5-7 days to deliver.
4. consignments are delivered to us all jumbled up rather than assorted and delivered on the same pallet, consignments are never complete and always have to chance up customer service to see where the rest of the cargo is to complete the consignment.
5. if cargo is missed and not collected accounts always charge for the pick up and we always have to review the invoices and request for a credit for the jobs that weren't collected

"Pick ups are generally on time"
Pick ups are generally on time, deliveries not always. Any damage to consignments get handled poorly. Yes, we all have insurance, why do we have to take another insurance when it is clearly someone being careless. The phone answering system is atrocious, can be waiting up to 30 minutes and more at times. Booking in system works well.
