Would leave 0 stars but no option! The most appalling customer service I have EVER experienced. On hold for lengthy times before it cuts out then you have to go through all the options over again. Staff do not care at all. Part 1 of item delivered to wrong location. Over 3 days and multiple phone calls promised part 2 would be delivered to correct location. It wasn't. Was told on a Friday that the item would be collected and taken to the correct address Monday and to leave it out on a verandah over the weekend. Care factor 0. Told different things by different staff. DO NOT USE!

I ordered a product from eBay and was given a tracking number for Hunter Express (Connote Number XQ151537). We are now weeks passed the expected delivery date. To make matters worse, there is no way to contact this company via their website. All they list is a fax number and physical address, so I am unable to ask what is happening with my order. I can see that Hunter Express are replying to these reviews, so I hope I can get a response this way.

Today is 02/10/2020... STILL NO PACKAGE

I ordered my mattress on line from MyDeal few weeks ago.
On Wednesday, 23/09/2020 I received a phone call from the person with a mobile phone number 0410732602 .
He told me that he was next to my house. At this point I wasn’t at home and advised the driver that I could be arriving in the next ten minutes.
On arrival I met the guy who was very angry and who left my mattress at the entry of the block. When I asked him nicely to deliver my mattress to the door of my apartment, he took his mask of his face and angrily refused, telling me that he can take this mattress with him.
I advised him to cool down and mentioned that he would loose his job.
The driver then told me to “ f..k off”, got in his van and drove away.
Myself and my wife had to carry 40 kg mattress to the first floor...
Now I have a sore back and my wife has a problem with her shoulder.
We paid money for the delivery and expected the mattress to be delivered to our door.
We will be waiting for the response from Hunter Express some time next week, and reserve the right to report them to the Consumer Ombudsman.

"10 days after the item was scanned in…"

10 days after the item was scanned in it is still to be delivered. I have called numerous times and i am have been assured that it was to be delivered on 4 different dates. no follow up. "have been told that it was raised as a red alert". Surely it can not be this difficult to deliver a package. consignment bc121874

Just got off the phone with the company and now they claiming they have delivered the items and placed into my garage. I find this strange that I was at home all day and no delivery has come.

Worst experience so far!
My order was at the Sydney depot ready to go on August 24th and states 2-5days eta to me.. I live 2 hours away from the depot and I’m still waiting! The tracker has not updated anything other than it still sitting at the damn depot on the 24th and I’m very angry now. If my order does not arrive soon I will be taking things much further and by all these other terrible reviews, I may just need to. My consignment no. Is XQ149946.
If someone can please contact regarding this before I take matters further seeing as the phones aren’t in working order either. So unprofessional.

"Worst courier company for tracking EVER"

I cannot believe that a courier company has so little tracking information available about items they are carrying. My shipment is now late, but the only info available is two scan events, 'scanned into depot' on 3 Sep and 'held at depot' on 9 Sep - 6 days later with no change or further info today. Transit time was supposed to be 4-5 days. No idea which depot the two scans were at, could have been the same one for all I know. The same seller shipped a smaller item by Australia Post to me on the same day. It's already here and I got 6 tracking events & 4 emails/txt msgs keeping me up to date. Tried to call the Hunter Express contact number yesterday and, like others here, I spent 10mins in a loop with nothing but a voice recording telling me nothing useful and referring me back to the seller. Tracking number is VV805905 if anyone at Hunter Express would care to shed more light on progress.
A simple FAQ section explaining terms like 'held at depot' and some detail on which depot would go a long way to provide more info. Allowing receivers to speak to a real person at the final delivery depot would also be helpful.

These company is so bad have been waiting for a pool table now from 24:8 it is now 9/9 and still not here the pool table was only coming from Melbourne 2 hours away not 12 days

When I phone no one can tell me why or where it is it said 1 day transit it has now gone up to 5 days transit please guys do not use this company at all

I have since been in contact with the supplier and they have reinsured me that the complete consignment was delivered to your Melbourne depo complete

I would be happy to pass on the email I have if you could give me an email addresa

"Where is my item?!"

I want to know when this item is going to be delivered VV807029. It has scanned into depot and now says Held In Depot / Run 4. No email contact on your website and no one answers the phone. I work and can't be expected to sit at home for days on end waiting on a delivery! Provide me with a date for delivery or I will lodge a complaint with Fair Trading.

There’s no notification if delivery was attempted or even attempted delivery. So what does it even mean???
