We dont really see any improvement from Frist port Time as pod still using the same management staff.
Also the ripoff energy deal they have for hot water and heating system, i think we need some one who cares about the best service not money collection only.

Service rating for me is below 0.
Price is very high and keeps increasing all the time.
They don't estimate costs correctly so we had to pay as a building nearly 20k more due to this.
Company like this one shouldn't be operating.
I feel very unlucky that I have to deal with them.
All my neighbours are really unhappy as well.

"Unimpressed"
I'm so far unimpressed with POD. In their defence they have taken over from a horrible company but they use that as an excuse for everything. Currently our building has a massive leak which was reported weeks ago and no action had been taken until the other day. Their "action" has resulted in a major health and safety breech. Everything seems to take ages to fix but they put the blame on suppliers. They have also "negotiated"an absolute ripoff deal with an energy management company. When you raise any complaint, I have found the estate office staff very polite but as you move higher up the chain of command the support given is lacking and communication has been borderline rude. Those working in head office support seem to think their role is to deflect any accountability/responsibility away from POD instead of actually supporting residents.
I'm sorry that you don't think this is fair but this is factually correct. After reading some of the reviews I would also like to address PODs comment about saving residents money--with regards to heating/hot water that is an utter lie. My bills are now twice as expensive --most of the cost is the high admin fee POD negotiated which the billing company. In addition POD charges for management documents (and makes you pay extra if they have omitted information from them!) and precious building management companies have provided these for free.
POD please stop responding to these poor reviews and actually improve your service so that you don't get them!! I am more than happy to change my review when I see a better service but for now I rate POD as very low value for money.
