Unfortunately a really bad experience with POD. They are pretty unresponsive and slow. Their costing and pricing isn't clear and they don't really look after the their customers. I didn't get the feel they negotiated any prices with the suppliers, often resulting in really expensive services that we struggled to justify. We had numerous issues over the 2 years and issues still pertain.

Zak ( Head Concierge at Kew Riverside ) is extremely helpful and considerate when assisting visitors to the development - whether it be to explain the parking procedures or the signing out of keys, he takes the time to explain exactly what needs to be done and is happy to assist in any way. He is a pleasure to deal with.

I’ve been in the neighbourhood for 3 years and although I’ve had issues (flat, landlord, amenities, etc.) the concierge team has always been super helpful, amicable, and kind in helping us solve all of them in a timely manner.
I want to add an extra massive thank you to Sira and Shaks who are literal stars always going above and beyond to solve all my issues/questions and bearing with me. I know it must not be easy for them every day as they are the first point of contact for all issues (which can sometimes really get on people’s nerves) but they’re always welcoming and helpful no matter what!
