5 stars for the fantastic team at Kew Riverside! They are very friendly, approachable, and helpful when handling parcels and resolving any issues around the complex.
I’d especially like to highlight Ramin and Zak. They consistently go above and beyond and are always positive and welcoming when we visit the concierge.
In particular, Ramin went above and beyond by collecting a parcel left outside my front door while we were away. This saved us a lot of stress while we were on holiday. Thank you, Ramin!
Zak is also incredible, particularly when showing us the facilities when we first moved in and ensuring the complex feels safe.

"Highly unethical and Revengeful…"
Highly unethical and Revengeful Company.
Sent late bills and Charged Fines and Penalties to Residents.
I wrote a review on Google so out of 200 residents only my account is chosen to get Fine and Penalties.
These POD company should be banned, in last one year increased service charge by 30% & no evidence given for increase.
It's a pure fraud with residents.

Had the misfortune to buy a new build which the developer passed on to Pod management to manage.
Firstly, before explaining why they are so bad - look at the spread of reviews - large numbers of 1* reviews, and then a sudden flurry of 5* reviews all appearing on the same day... almost like they're buying fake 5* reviews to keep their average up and fool anyone looking for an honest review - read the 1* reviews if you want to know the truth about them.
Every day we have had to put up with Pod has been a horrendous and expensive experience. We ended up firing them (don't believe what they're saying about terminating their contract - they wouldn't stop if they were still able to fleece customers for money!). Every single issue raised was dealt with incredibly slowly, with no response to tennants, extortionate fees were charged (often with out of hours extra fees despite their being the option to complete work in the day), and they employ overpriced subcontractors who often did poor work, damaged other parts of the building, and never, never ever, not even once did we get the requested information back on what the root problem was, such that the same issues recurred month after month, with POD simply paying more money from our leaseholders to 'fix' the problem in a way which didn't resolve it. Don't know if they're covering up shoddy development and hoping to run down the time in which it can be picked up and made the developer's responsibility, but all the way along POD have racked up more and more profit at our expense, whilst fixing nothing and providing no transparency or accountability.
This is one of those companies that you're sure to hear about on BBC news as they expose these shoddy management companies that are hiking management fees for their own profits.

They make my life easier by taking in parcels, checking im when my smoke alarms go off and are ontop of comminal issues as they arise.
Shame the tenp staff dont have the same acumen.
