I am a tenant to a high rise building and I was informed that my hot water and normal water are provided by fixed companies that I cannot change. Thus I asked the building management services who they are, how do I register and pay them or us that included in the service charge bills?
They replied that because I am not the owner they cannot inform me.
So am I paying the bills and who am I paying the bills ?
Could you explain how does informing the company of the water supply a breach of GDPR when it should be a common information for all residents in the building?

Dangerous! Not fixing things and now creating H&S risks and accidents to happen!
PODs estate manager at GWQ Brentford is useless. He has been here for years, carried over from previous manco. Simple fixes take months to be done and he is always defensive and dismissive when we share problems with him. We had parcels thieves and the security camera was not working for years. We had a serious incident with police, firetrucks and ambulances visiting and investigating a crime for weeks in our car park in one of the warehouses. Now a leak was unattended or fixed for months even though it was reported and there was visible damage to a large area, including few flats. Last straw was when his contractors left a door open in a corridor leading to a 5 floor void for 5 days (he went on holidays). The flat next to it have kids that often run in the corridor. Useless and dangerous!
All.of the iNFO above is factually correct.
Appreciating they came in after a difficult company, but that's not an excuse to carry over with someone as incompetent and putting h&s of the residents at risk.
