"A Great Place"

It was a wonderful place to stay. Our family enjoyed our time there. We wish the fire place would have worked. The repairman came and fixed several things but was unable to fix the fireplace. The staff was very cooperative to work with.

"Millenia Was a Mess"

We have rented from Five Star for the past 5 years and have always been pleased by the properties. However, not so this year with a property called Millenia. This house is in desperate need of renovation. The furniture is in poor condition, with nicks, stains, and even glass missing from the living room console. Lampshades were shabby and stuck together with tape. Light bulbs were missing or not working in many rooms. The deck and dip pool have cracking plaster and missing tiles. The entire west wall of the house on the main level does not have working electricity and we were told that it had to be turned off because if the west outlets were used, it would trip the electricity to other parts of the house! In addition, there was trash scattered in the dunes off the back deck, including someone's underwear! In addition, the deck chairs on the back and rooftop decks are extremely uncomfortable. The chaises were soaking wet, ripped, and not usable. There was no propane for the grill and although this was remedied by making a call, Five Star should really check these things before each new party arrives. This is NOT what we have come to expect from Five Star and we really recommend that the management have a talk with the property owner to remedy these defaults.

Everything was just as stated, only better. My only suggestion for this property might be a few rugs for the hardwood floors. Other than that, it was clean, beautiful and well-stocked.

We were placed in our rental after our initial reservation fell through. Five star was great with ensuring we had everything we needed and the rental went above and beyond our expectations! We will definitely be using this agency again for our next vacation!!

"Amazing Location & Experience"

Our stay at Just Beachy was amazing. We enjoyed the private beach and the luxury heated pool. The addition of the elevator allowed my grandmother to navigate the different levels and participate with the rest of the family. We also were pleased with the kitchen once we learned where the outlets were, and earned the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare holiday meals. We experienced a handful of issues that negatively affected our experience. Though it took a few days to correct the dryer issue, pool lights, and leaking toilet they were resolved during our stay. We ran into intermittent issues with the WiFi connection on the 1st floor, and though a mesh system was installed, we still experience slow connections on the 1st floor. Also, we noticed there were no drying racks in any of the bathrooms. Due to the lack of places to dry towels, we felt we had to wash/dry them more often. These handful of issues did not prevent us from enjoying ourselves outside the properties. The location was ideal. Dollar General was within walking distance if we needed supplies. The mall is across the street, and there are plenty of food choices to satisfy any craving. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and planned to return in December 2021. Also, we ran out of propane while barbecuing. I appreciate offering to reimburse us if we replaced the tank.

"Beautiful home in Destin steps from the beach"

We spent the week after Christmas in this beautiful home. There was plenty of room for my wife and myself, our three daughters, their husbands, and our 9 grandchildren. The elevator was incredibly convenient since the main kitchen and living area is on the third floor. The pool heat was essential since the weather was not as warm as we had hoped. The pool temp got to 89 even when the outdoor temp was 60. The kids loved it. Two dishwashers and plenty of cold storage made cooking and cleanup a breeze. The only downside is we had to stop and get out of the car to close the garage door when leaving, and to open it upon return. A garage door opener should be provided.

"The property itself was very nicely…"

The property itself was very nicely decorated and sufficient. however inconveniences that were not resolved while we were there such as jacuzzi Jets not working workers on the balcony for an entire day doing routine repairs of the area which could have been done on another day while we were not there and bathroom lid to the commode was broken.

Overall we had a nice time at Seaside Escape in Miramar Beach, FL. I will say there were some things that needed addressed while we were there, such as the furnace not working, the pool not being heated as we planned and paid for, and the grill was in very poor shape. (the entire bottom had fallen out). We also found that the living room TV was very glitchy and would get really fuzzy and sometimes go black for a few seconds. I will say, I was happy with the response time of the staff from Five Star Properties, as they did take care of majority of our issues in a timely manner. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a fabulous vacation in "A Winterpast by the Sea" home. It was the perfect vacation spot, amazing views of the gulf, beautifully decorated and offered everything we could have asked for. The Fivestar rental agency was supportive, attentive and continually made sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend their home for your next vacation.
