"Great Location; Issues with Showers Not Resolved"

The house was in a close to perfect location and was the perfect size to accommodate our family. My family spent the week at this house with my siblings, their families, and our parents. Unfortunately, my husband and I got stuck in the room with a non-functioning shower. We contacted Five Star immediately and they promised to send someone out to the house to address the issue. Days went by with no response when I received a text mid-week indicating that they would send someone out the next day; the shower was never repaired during our trip. It was a bit annoying to have to schlep our clothes and bath items to others' rooms each morning to allow us to shower. Some of the furniture was dated/rough shape, the blender didn't work, and it would be nice if they had basic beach supplies such as beach chairs available for use for when the rental companies are closed. Otherwise, the house was fine.

the property has a very good location, is comfortable, and of a good size.
They should improve cleanliness. the bathrooms and the floor were dirty.
Some kitchen appliances do not work.
Blender, microwave, coffee maker has no filter.
The bed located in the 1st room was completely disassembled at the base.

"Beach getaway"

My family and I were delighted with our beach rental. The gulf front location simply cannot be beat. The view of the beach is amazing! I loved listening to the waves from the large balcony. I also loved the open living/dining/kitchen area. All the bedrooms were a great size but the master bedroom was immense! The rental was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing I did not like was that the tabletops were dusty upon arrival and I found two dead mosquitoes in the master closet window; small things that did not ruin our stay, but should be looked into.

"Beaches Be Sippin"

We stayed at this property for Christmas and New Year. A few pros and cons for anyone considering this property:
Pros: Very nice and spacious. Doesn't feel used and abused. The roof top area was awesome. Beds and linens were very comfortable. More than generous supply of nice towels and wash cloths were provided. Easy access to beach. The heated pool/hot tub was very nice.
Cons: Pool/hot tub is in the shade all day. No lounge chairs around pool. The 3 downstairs bedrooms are very loud for anyone who goes to sleep early (footsteps on main level.) Lots of cool things in the house but no instructions as to how to use (steam shower in master, sound system throughout house.) The kitchen was sparsely equipped with food preparation items and cookware. The fridge in the kitchen was normal size and there was no other freezer. While the numerous wine fridges were very cool we are used to having at least 2 full size fridge/freezers for our crowd of 13. A fuse for half the main level kept tripping and we had to go outside to the panel box to reset.
All in all, this is a great house and offers a fantastic experience. The main reason we likely won't book it again is due to the pool being in the shade. We like to enjoy as much of the Florida sun on vacation as we can because we don't get it at home. But I do recommend this lovely house.

"The condo was good"

The condo was good, just sat up a little odd; especially the kitchen. The view was magnificent!! The furniture wasn’t very comfortable. All in all it was a good stay & very convenient to everything in Rosemary & seaside.

My one complaint is that we got there a couple hours early, went by & no maids were there but couldn’t get in. Went back again & called but they said they would call me if it became available before 4. We sat there and waited to get in about an hour at that point & it was obvious that cleaning had already been done.

Great rental property for multi-family vacation! Property was clean. Kitchen was well equipped and large. Several coffee makers and Keurig. Pool was incredible. Hot tub was even better. Close proximity to beach. Room to play spike ball on the pool deck. Lots of family game nights in the kitchen and in the downstairs rec area. Those that went to bed earlier could do so undisturbed. Few minor issues with one of the dishwashers,etc. Happy renter!

What a fantastic home. Just steps from the beach and room for everyone. Beautiful furnishings and top of the line appliances. Everything we needed to have a great family vacation.
