"Son Kissed - Destiny by the Sea - Destin, FL"

The location of the property, Son Kissed, is fantastic. It’s a block from the beach, but you don’t have to cross a busy street because it’s in a well-maintained gated community. It’s also right across from the pool which was awesome on chillier nights since it’s open until 10.

The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable, with the exception of one of the bedrooms which I think just needs a new mattress.

The kitchen had plenty of plates, utensils, and appliances and was huge! They provided plenty of towels for everyone and there were beach toys for the little ones (came in handy since we didn’t pack any!)

The only con was the three feral cats that seemed to mark the area by the pool. The one definitely had a case of mange.

The communication was great and everything went smoothly. We will definitely be visiting again!

"Our stay was wonderful"

Our stay was wonderful. The house was gorgeous, pool was heated. We had everything we needed. The propane tanks for the grill were empty, I called the company and someone was there within the hour. We would definitely stay here again!

"Worst Company EVER."

The house is good. This was our second time staying here. HOWEVER...We did have 4 of the toilets back up and the whole house and outside around the pool smelled like sewage. This was how is was when we arrived at the house on a Friday. Considering this, we contacted the management company right away who sent out a maintenance guy. He told us it was more that he could do and they would send a plumber. We did not see a plumber until Sunday. So 2 days of our stay we couldn't use 4 toilets and had to smell sewage. Did not even get acknowledgment or apology from the management company.
If you do decided to stay here, you better make sure you don't accidentally leave anything at the house. We forgot to empty a drawer in one of the master bedrooms and know exactly which one. Strangely, housekeeping didn't find that drawer full of clothes. So we were out several hundred dollars in clothes because "they didn't find them" which no one can even give you a courtesy call to let you know that they didn't find them. If I were the owner of this house, I would RUN from the company and use one that actually cares about the guests and treats people respectfully.

"This property is in a great location"

This property is in a great location. Large spacious rooms. Updated. Modern. Easy check in and out. There were no hair dryers so you need to bring your own. The couch in the living room was very small and uncomfortable. The outdoor furniture was falling apart and old. Needs replacement. The master bed mattress also needs to be replaced.

We enjoyed this location and our sale rep was excellent to work with. The rental company was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Their communication is excellent!

We had an excellent experience with Five Star Properties / Beach Bliss Rentals. They called before we departed for our stay and answered all of our questions. All of the information for the property (check in, check out, amenities, etc.) was online and easy to access. They also called before we left to check in on our experience. We will definitely rent with Five Star / Beach Bliss in the future!

My family stayed in this property for Thanksgiving. It was spacious and a well maintained property. A great place to spend the holidays!

"Great customer service and a great house"

Easy booking and great customer service. They followed up to answer any questions. Easy and organized check-in and check-out. Very spacious, modern, and clean house. Deck overlooking the ocean was great and it was so nice having bikes, chairs and an umbrella. The kayaks and paddle board with the house made the trip and stay perfect. The keurig was a pleasant surprise. The view from the house and beach is stunning for sunsets. The only feedback suggestion is to get a larger grill. It was hard to cook a timely meal for two families. Everything else was perfect. We have already started looking at when we can return.

"Fall Golf Trip"

We were in Aria Del Mare October 29-1 November, the house is in a great location, close to many different things. The house however is a little tired, needs some repairs/updating; trash behind the pool and rear of the house, hole in the parking area, rusted light fixtures on wall next to pool. Five Star Properties is always great to deal with and enjoy doing business with them several times a year.

"Five star employees were great to work with"

Five star employees that we had to deal with while on our family were, Awesome. If we had an issue and we had a few, they had workers out there with in hours. Next time, I go back to Destine I will be dealing with Five Star Properties.
