"Great property"

Great property! This was our second time booking the home. I would suggest that manuals be left for appliances.We are big coffee drinkers and could not get the coffee maker to work thus we were out daily buying gourmet coffee that was not to our standard. Otherwise it was a good stay.

"House was amazing"

House was amazing. Disappointments were the pool was not hot upon arrival and 2 of the dryers and 1 of the washers did not work.

"Disappointed in lack of concern and communication"

The property we stayed in was a great house, but the issues with the owner recording us multiple times a day was a major violation of our privacy. The fact that Five Star sent emails and text messages asking how things were going, but never bothered to respond to our concerns was frustrating. I sent emails and made phone calls, but those were not returned. Once I finally got to speak to someone (because I called again), my concerns were basically brushed off and I was given a “we’ll look into it” response. Will not be using this company again for any future rentals. The house was nice, but only if you enjoy being recorded while you are in your bedroom or trying to enjoy time out by the pool with family and friends.

"Overall Five Star Properties are great"

I’ve stayed at 3 properties over the course of 1 year . Overall Five Star Properties are really good they very tentative customer needs. The properties are majority clean and well kept. Almost all the amenities you need to have a home away from home. Just sometimes cleaning staff needs to be a little more tentative to the not commonly used spots I have found there is often dust or even bugs accumulated in certain areas that haven’t been cleaned in a while.

"Monterey 30A"

We stayed at Monterey 30A, overall we had a good week. The staff was very helpful in booking and following up to make sure we had everything we needed. The unit was clean, it had some minor issues that need to be fixed. That is why I gave 4 stars.

"Great space on the beach!"

This is an excellent property with an awesome location, we had a great time overall. The house is well stocked with kitchen stuff plus the ice machine and the second fridge upstairs provided ample space for our Thanksgiving dinner prep. With 16 people there we needed the room.
Beds were very nice and the house was clean. The two clothes washer and dryer were an added benefit after the day at the beach. Would definitely stay here again!
I would recommend that the property get a second trash can outside we seemed to fill the one up pretty quickly.

"Millennia"

Had a fabulous week. The size of the home is perfect. Had an issue with a smoke alarm We were all awakened two nights in a row. Only other suggestion... the owners need to add to the fry pans and pots and pans. The ones that were there were crusted with food from previous tenants.
Would have liked to come in to a cleaner house.

"A Thanksgiving Blessing"

The Jones family had a wonderful stay at Lizard Palms over Thanksgiving holiday! There was plenty of room for 11 family members, and the accommodations were very clean and lovely! The children even enjoyed the pool though the adults felt it was too cool for them to partake. Overall, it was a very enjoyable week, and we liked the proximity to the beach! Thank u Mike for your help in finding this home for us!

Our stay with Five Star property and Bliss rental was awesome. Property was exactly like advertised and better. Had messages and personal calls to make sure all was good Very concerned to make sure all was well. Thanks again. Jeff Ennis
