Crazy Beautiful House
We had 3 families in this 8 Bedroom House in Destiny East. It had plenty of room for all 16 of us to sleep as well as balcony space to enjoy views outside. We used the pool and hot tub every day, along with the local tennis court / pickle ball court located about 200yds away. The beach was an easy walk as well, and we would recommend a Cart or Wagon so you can bring your beach toys. The house came with access to 6 beach chairs and umbrellas that were set up for us each day by the local attendants (Chris and Richie) who did a great job of getting us front row each morning. We had some issues with the AC and Internet, but 5-Star sent someone to fix them immediately. All in all it was a great vacation and we hope to be back soon!

We did not have a good experience with this rental agency. We had to call and ask them to update their system so we could get our door code on the guest portal. Upon arrival the entrance to our gated community was completely blocked off because of road construction. We checked our guest portal for an alternate entrance and no information was provided. We called the number provided and had to leave a message. Someone returned our call about 20 minutes later. Our rental came with beach chair rentals. The guest portal told us where our beach access was and that’s where we went but no chairs. We called the beach chair rental company and they said they put our chairs in a spot closer to our house but we needed a gate code to get in. We called Five Star and they said the rental company put them in the wrong spot and they would put a call in to them. The next day still no chairs, we called Five Star and they said no one had called them back. That was basically the only hell they offered. We finally got chairs the third day of our trip because we went and bought them ourselves. Our tv’s were not working at all. We called the first day and submitted a work order. A maintenance guy came 6 hours later but we were not home. He left a note that he would come back if we wanted. It never was fixed. We have stayed in Seaside for 11 years and never had problems like this. I do not recommend this agency in regards to customer service.

This was an excellent property! Highly recommend Coral Shores! Very clean, very spacious, decorations were on spot, across the street from the beach. The bikes at the house was an extra bonus!

We found Aqua Tranquility very enjoyable. We would rent it again. With the size of the house, a second refrigerator would have been very helpful. We have been to Destin, NC and SC a dozen times, always with a private pool. This was the Best pool we have ever experienced. Thanks for an enjoyable week.

Great property for our family. We decided last minute to travel with our neighbors and their kids. My wife found the property on the beach and loved it. Working with Five Star was great and seamless.

Awesome property everything we expected, the only suggestion I would have is, make some kind of covering for back deck. Also listing said chairs and umbrella’s would be setup every AM but they were not

"I could give this rental five stars if…"

I could give this rental five stars if the house was given some attention. The refrigerator in the carriage house was leaking when we checked in and the maintenance person said he would be back to fix it along with the shelf on the door. No one came back. The carriage house smelled musty.
One of the stools at the kitchen counter is missing some screws so it wobbles. The wheels on the dishwasher rack are broken, so that every time you pull the rack out, it is hard to pull and forces the dishes together. One of the potholders is torn up and useless. Water stains on ceiling in downstairs bathroom. The vent over the washer and dryer is filthy. Things were not as sanitized as I expected them to be. The pictures on the website show 2 dining tables with chairs on the deck-they were not there. We had plans to eat meals out there, but we couldn't. There were 9 of us with only 8 chairs at the dining table inside, so we were unable to all sit together for meals. There were a few lounge chairs on the deck, with dirty cushions and a few other "deck chairs", however the cushions on those chairs are thin and uncomfortable. Doors to the deck do not lock and are not secure and the door knob is broken. The igniter for the grill does not work as it needs a new battery. There are nails popping out of the stairs leading to the beach. We were lucky to see them and not get cut. The balcony off the master suite was nice, but there weren't any chairs to sit on. It would have been nice to sit out there with a glass of wine to watch the sun set.
Two of the beds did not have comforters on them. I called and a short time later, they were delivered. I appreciate that good service.
Our 2 umbrellas and 4 chairs were set up every morning at 7 which was very nice, we made good use of them. We loved the location of the house and the layout fit our needs. We had a wonderful time with our family.
With some TLC, this house would be perfect.
