"I bought a Tupperware bread bin that…"

I bought a Tupperware bread bin that was supposed to keep the bread fresh...it didn't. I paid a lot of money £30+ for this useless bin.
The company were not particularly helpful. I have put this bin in the garage; a waste of money.

I have bought many Tupperware items over the years and have been very satisfied with the quality. However, my recent purchase of the FridgeSmart 3 piece set storage containers, order No 73685, is very disappointing. It is extremely difficult to attach the lid as it doesn't fit properly rendering it virtually unusable. Is this a 'seconds' defective product as it certainly isn't up to the usual Tupperware quality. Would Tupperware consider replacing them?
