Quick delivery time which was great. A beautiful, good quality dress, more suitable for a black tie event or as a bridesmaid dress. I was looking for a Mother of the Bride outfit so I returned it. I know where to come if I'm looking for a posh evening dress. Bit of a delay with receiving email with information on how to return the item.

I have worn 2 bridesmaids dresses from Everpretty and on both occasions dresses were comfortable and no issues with the design or material. Would recommend up sizing as some of the waist bands do not have a stretch. This company has so many dresses and designs, and is now my go to website for my wedding. I have 2 bridesmaids dresses from this site for my wedding, both dresses fit lovely. Speedy delivery and their customer service is very quick. Returned 2 dresses as I ordered 4 in total and received my refund in 2 days.

"Dresses come up big for the size stated…"

Dresses come up big for the size stated and the returns process is made difficult. They also charge a fee to return items. I know what size I am and was told I needed to take all measurements of the dress and sent it to them before they would consider a return. Personally I would not order again due to stress and cost of returning anything.

"Fairly Decent Experience"

The dress shipped and arrived extremely quickly, but the one star removal is because it didn't fit. Despite the fact I'm the same size in every other store, these dresses are designed for people who are as flat chested as a board, and I needed a size up. I contacted Ever-Pretty and Sarah helped me return the dress and have a new one shipped out very quickly, so at least the customer service here is great if you do have issues.
