Dresses arrived promptly. Really nice fabric and good quality. I required the next size up for 2 of the bridesmaid dresses, I received prompt responses on my query and once I returned the dresses received the new dresses the next day! Great service and lovely dresses. Would 100% use again in future.

I was recommended this website to buy some bridesmaid dresses.
When I ordered the dresses, they did not give me any indication on when they would be shipped or a choice on standard / express delivery. I emailed them asking what the delivery timescales were as I was never given a choice nor does it state on the order confirmation email shipping times.
The dresses were shipped fast however with 3 different couriers.
I received an email and text this morning from FedEx that I need to pay £86.89 in import fees. I was so shocked, I checked the website and it states if you select Express Delivery you may have to pay import fees.
I got straight onto customer service who were so unhelpful and showed no empathy whatsoever. I explained I had sent an email the day I ordered as I was given no choice on shipping timescales and asked when they would be delivered. They said they never received this email and would have to look into it and the import fees and come back to me within 48 hours.
Having read reviews further and this awful experience so far, I want to now cancel my order and have my money refunded so I can shop elsewhere. I went on live chat again asked if the order can be cancelled instead but ‘they are still looking into it’.
This was a large portion of my wedding savings that I had spent on this website, as I ordered several different styles for my bridesmaids to try on. I am now so stressed out and upset and worried I might not get my money back. Customer service don’t care of your situation despite me telling them how upset I was. I have lost all faith in this company and I would like a full refund.

"The return/refund process"
The dresses we ordered (2 of the same dress in different sizes) arrived faster than expected and were lovely, but sadly didn’t fit or really suit my daughter.
Trying to start the refund process wasn’t that easy, but once I got past the initial contact point the process was pretty straight forward, with regular status updates throughout. All the staff I dealt with were helpful and very polite. Thank you. I’m just sorry neither of the dresses fitted. Happy New Year.
