We were so pleased with the garage door installed by this company previously that they were our first port of call for a new front door.
Such a bunch of friendly and professional people. Special mention for James, who spent time and care in the showroom explaining options available and then finalising the design of the front door and side elements. Then the lovely backroom staff who liaised with us on the various admin aspects. Finally, the installation engineers, Nathan and Owen, who expertly and efficiently fitted the Ryterna steel door and surrounds. Big thanks to all involved.

First initial visit, discussed at length the doors that would be suitable for our needs. Had a home check for measurements and what areas would need to be cleared for easy access and fitting. Owen and Matt were lovely polite young men who discussed what they would be doing. The work was completed cleanly and efficiently and our old door was taken away. Beautiful finish and colour. Following each step from first visit to end product we received great feedback and communication from all of the team. Would highly recommend this company.

"Very disappointing experience today"

Very disappointing experience today. I had an electric garage door fitted some years ago by this company. It was well fitted. But today I telephoned to say that the door had just broken with my car inside the garage and I was unable to open it manually. I was told "mid December would be the earliest they could come" ie a month later. I explained I have cancer and need to make visits to the hospital. This was ignored with a "mid December would be the earliest " So if you use this company, don't expect any sort of after sales service!

Removed old garage doors and excellent work fitting the new doors. Brilliant service - left work area all tidy once completed and explained and demonstrated all at the end.

The noisy door was assessed (I thought we might have to have it replaced!) .....but no......identified the problem, ordered parts and fitted within a short time scale. Good comms by email and phone....much appreciated. James and Ben did a great job rectifying the problem today.....Many thanks.

Great company to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble. Fitting by Nathan was completed on time and with no mess. David in the stores was very helpful with a query I had. I have ordered an upgrade to one they fitted over 10 years ago. Thank you The Garage Door Centre.
