Having used your company for many years you have definitely made life much more difficult for the older generation.
Years ago Imagine would do the work and send out the printed information by post. Now you expect the customer to do the work.

"Machu Picchu and Iguazu Falls tour"

We did a tour of Peru, Argentina and Brazil and had a truly great time. Reps hotels tours and transfers all brilliant. We did have 2 delays causing us to miss flight but this was due to weather and the situation handled well by the airline. Would highly recommend Imagine Cruising and would use them again.

I spoke to Faye over the past 2 days trying to find the ideal cruise holiday for my wife and I following a recent spell of ill health. Just returned from a SE Asia Cruise plus India Golden Triangle overland trip during February. Easy, informed booking process. A fabulous trip on both cruise and land based elements. Excellent flights on Emirates and Air India (great Apps). Quality accomodation on cruise and in hotels throughout and outstanding service standards. The Golden Triangle tour was a wonderful experience with a great group and the most lovely guide. Gaurav was intelligent, knowledgeable, caring and professional and just about the funniest guide we've ever experienced.
Could do better?... (1) Cruise provider.. Celebrity Cruises need to sort arrangements for exiting and entering the cruise docking in Bombay with the Indian authorities (2) Documentation from Imagine was detailed and thorough but unduly complex and difficult to locate what you needed. An APP would make the process much easier for most of us and some serious streamlining of paperwork as a bare minimum. (3) For the countries we visited the Visa and Entry Documentation was particularly onerous, stressful and complex. (India is a particular nightmare). Whilst realising the company cannot accomodate the unique positions of all clients earlier and more information about visas and entry documents is needed. Despite the above I have no hesitation in recommending the company and this particular itinerary. We will most certainly use Imagine again.

Fantastic holiday ending with once in a lifetime visit to
Machu Picchu. The organisation was excellent given the logistics of four internal flights. Hotels were of a very high standard. We loved the location of the hotel in Rio. On arrival we had a drink on the lovely roof top terrace overlooking Copacabana beach with Christ the Redeemer in the distance.
Our guide in Cusco and Machu Picchu was extremely informative and good fun. There were early morning starts and a couple of glitches with organisation but given the complexity of the tour this was understandable. We were compensated by being taken to a delicious lunch on our last day.
Having previously cruised with several companies we enjoyed the Sapphire Princess despite the bad weather we encountered round in the Magellan Straits and Beagle channel.
We initially had some reservations booking this holiday as we are in our mid 70s however it has been superb and great value for money.

"Cruising on Queen Elizabeth"

Cruising on Queen Elizabeth was an enjoyable and relaxing experience, but unfortunately the ship was tired and in need of a complete refresh while the service varied from excellent to somewhat indifferent.
I was disappointed with the stopover ports, deciding not to disembark at Bali and Jakarta.
Communications were at time inadequate and confusing
