If this is the correct thread for Imagine Cruising Limited (Company number 06803008), I would really like to know why, on the face of it, the company appears to be insolvent based on latest filed accounts to 31 March 2024. Furthermore, the accounts were signed off in July 2024, but not filed until December 2024. My wife wishes to book a cruise with this company, but I am not at all sure about the financial propriety of paying a large deposit to a company with such a poor Balance Sheet.
