"Horrible"
Horrible - Didnt do all it said - There Shipping module is THE WORST - It took 2-5 min per order to ship - Then if you ship from Amazon or other market places you have to MANUALLY update the order on Channel Advisor/Rithum. Never got my facebook up. Took 6 months to get my pick list in order by location - They just take forever fo fixes - Promise the world and it doesnt actually work that way...1st 2 reps they gave me for setup YELLED at my and were SOOOOOOO rude. WORST EVER then they wouldnt let me out of my contract when it was clear it was going to not work for my business - Expensive and not worth it

"Cannot be trusted for Amazon marketing"
Cannot be trusted for Amazon marketing. Great tools for dayparting and content, but their sponsored ads data is unreliable.
We have worked with them since 2017. Ever since they were bought out by Commercehub, service levels have fallen off a cliff. There were months when support cases took days to even receive a response.
Every few months, adverting spend and conversion data goes missing from Amazon campaigns and it is not backfilled. They have no vision for the future as no new tools have rolled out for months.
Now we have to pay another vendor to do the job that we pay them to do. Also- Rithum is a terrible name!

"Avoid this business at all costs"
Avoid this business at all costs. They are a very good example of modern day scam.
- Misleading. Marketplaces that do not exist were offered. 3 months later theses Marketplaces do not exist.
- Over priced for sub standard service.
- Communication does not exist. Apart from the billing department, which does an excellent job in sending timely invoices with timely warnings.
- Amazon and Debenhams are free. You can do it yourself. If they offer, decline immediately.
- It took them 4 months to set up Amazon UK, this could have been done in less than a month. They struggled with Debenhams.
- Contract was cancelled and was offered a refund. Two months later no refund and ccommunication has gone cold.
This organisation should stop trading. It will help avoid the misery a vast majority of their clients had to endure.

"SCAM. Business should be investigated and prosecuted."
Why has this business not been investigated and prosecuted? Everything written by the other one star reviews is accurate. For a business that has presence in multiple locations and is in the business of connecting brands to market places, the amount of failure to deliver services is beyond comprehension. They care more about making money than they do for providing a good service and product. Avoid this business at all costs!!1!1!1!!! 👎👎👎😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬
The key areas to highlight
- Despite having received multiple negative reviews, avg 1.5 stars. They have not taken any feedback on board. Create a checklist to deliver best in class client journey, no can do. They know very well if they do this they will not be able to generate easy revenue by preying on others
- Onboarding was promised to be completed in 4 weeks time frame. 5 months later onboarding is Work in progress.
- The 5 months billing has been close to £15,000 pounds. One can imagine the impact this has on business.
- Communication is not non existent. It seems to come alive when the amount is due or new billing cycle. If delayed they use threatening language. On the lines of the access to the dashboard will be suspended. This would be worrying if the dashboard was relevant. Since, the onboarding is still ongoing.
- They propose marketplaces that they have no access to. Even if the marketplace has temporarily suspended taking on new brands this should be communicated. Not lure brands and tell them 3 months later the market is not taking on new clients.
- If they are proposing Amazon and Debenhams in the UK, decline the offer immediately. Both the marketplaces can be registered at no additional costs. Moreover, the onboarding will be a lot quicker if work is to be undertaken personally.
- STAY AWAY! There are other agencies that have better reviews, and offer the same services at a lower cost.
- Do your research and find out what other people's experiences have been. Read the reviews and take them into account and stay away.

"Complete failure"
Have been with ChannelAdvisor for years and then all of a sudden they failed to launch my business on eBay and it took them nearly 10 months instead of the 4 weeks as promised. The managing director even told me this was an estimate of 4 weeks. Turned out to be 40 weeks. However they still charged me while I waited for them to get their acts together costing me £10,000's they now want to forget about it. Channel advisor is only worried about its own success. They are not interested in your businesses success one bit. Look at all the 1 star reviews and get the idea that you will end up with a flimsy contract and pay well over the odds for the poor service you will receive. You would do very well to read all the other 1 star reviews before putting your trust in a company that cannot deliver what you pay for. Legal action is now my only option to get my money back after they have damaged my business and charged me for the honour. Move along people there is nothing to see here! Find a business that can do what you need for 1/4 of the cost this lot charge. I have found an alternative that brings the confidence you need without the talk and no show channel advisor offer. AVOID at all cost!

"Was a long time customer (over 5 years)…"
Was a long time customer (over 5 years) and recently decided to revendor this portion of my program out. Requested I have a meeting the the account lead. Spoke with him told him we were leaving and he made it sound like we could get out just fine but then 2 weeks after asking he (instead of calling) emails me that they "had a internal meeting," and must serve the contract length out till its natural end date (4 months from now). Our company spent well over $100K with this company and they wont let me out of there agreement 4 months early. I revoked all access so they are legitimately just collecting money on an account they do not manage anymore. I do not for the life of me understand how they can legally obligate someone to a contract predicated on future services rendered. Shameful and to me showed there integrity as an organization. DO NOT USE THEM solely based on the exiting of this company as a ecommerce solution.

"Worse experience ever"
Worse experience ever, the company does not care one bit about you. Sales will tell you what ever you need to hear to sign and then you are on your own. I even had to take a review down before this to get money back that they took out of my bank with no authority and now they have done it again, and you cant even get anyone to explain why or anyone to even talk to you about it.
1-6-2023 So here is the update, after 3 weeks i finally got contacted and explained that the amounts taken are correct, and even tho they are suppose to only take 5K a month, because of the first screw up of them taking to much and then crediting my account that i was not charged for 2 months so it all came out at one time and now i have to prepare for another 10K coming out in 3 more weeks so it catches up in there system. The moral here is watch your account carefully and no matter what CA will just take what they want when they want and not even contact you. The service still is the worst and the software is nothing like you are sold. I would also record your zooms and calls with sales if you still decide to sign up, because that will not be in that contract they send you and you are on your own when you sign on dotted line. This company needs to make serious changes to everything they do.
Reply to Channel Advisors Reply 1-14-23 Yes you are correct it finally got figured out but it took 3 weeks, the customer service at CA needs a full revamp and even your your reps say they get frustrated about things like this. My company has had issue after issue for over a year. The original sales reps lie and make promises to get you to sign, and even though all video calls are recorded management does not take the time to review these to admit they are wrong and that promises made were never honored. The managed services are what CA wants you to take and if you do not, you are basically on your own. The only training they will give you is help center, you would think 60K plus a year would include proper training of the program. You also get handed off to so many different people, it is hard to keep up with who you are suppose to contact and finally the management team is so unprofessional that i even had a time that one of them yelled at me like i worked for them. And finally during onboarding i was handed to supervisor that was about to have labor a hew week slater so even assign someone that is leaving to a brand new account. I can go on and on, and at the end when you tell CA you are planning to leave, they do not care they do not try to find a way to keep you. They got there money for that year and on to next.

"We used Channeladvisor to improve our sales, they were anything but helpful. A sleazy scam platform"
We used Channeladvisor to start getting our fledgling e-commerce of the ground, we thought they would help us penetrate all marketplaces and at the start they sold us a wonderful idea of how it would be seamless and easy. Almost 12 months later, we have given up on using this platform, it is more work trying to upload our products to channel advisor then doing it for each marketplace individually. 8.000 euros down the drain for absolutely no sales generated. I could've given those to my 15 years old nephew and he would've generated more sales. They wow you at the start building a front of professionalism and growth opportunities and the moment you've paid they leave you alone to figure how their platform works on your own. By the time you've found out that it makes selling through it not worth the effort they've got your money and you've wasted months and months.
