I had hundreds of slides to convert to digital form and they did an excellant job. They kept the slides in the correct order and left each batch with the title i assigned. Only objection was how long the process took.

Overall the job went very well. The one little problem was that a couple of the slides were duplicated twice and a couple were skipped. Service and turn around were spot on. Will use this company again.

Slides that I sent were scanned quickly without a hitch. For some of the videos, the scans came back with some line noise (a hum). ScanCafe rescanned multiple times until they could eliminate the noise. It took a bit longer than the slides, but I am so pleased they went the extra mile!

"Daunting? No...Easy!"
Used this service for the first time to get virtual pictures of old family slides. Process seemed daunting but was actually easy, especially when I reached out to customer service reps who were very helpful and courteous (despite my diminished tech ability). Looking forward to changing over some old VHS tapes now!

"Misscanned items"
Misscanned items. Missed scanning numerous items. Called support multiple times to fix. Resent negatives as requested. Scanned at wrong resolution when supposedly fixing. Recharged fees that support said I would not be charge. Still have not received express shipment of negatives after weeks, Prior batches were actually lost. QA needs to improve!!!!!

I have trusted SC with multiple orders of hundreds of 35mm slides, photos from multiple decades.
Have' nt noticed any skipped or missing.
SC is my choice for digitizing and restoration.
