After a long apologetic response to my zero-star review from Joey at Printerpix, I heard absolutely nothing from these people. His response was 2 days after my review and claimed that someone would be in touch with me shortly---also obviously without any intention of doing so. (this follow-up is 2/22/2025
Follow-Up on 2/24-I did receive another correspondence from Lina at Printerpix offering to redo the calendar for another $7.99 for shipping and handling. My response is as follows:
Thank you Lina for responding. However, you told me nothing that I didn’t know before from Tia’s response. Tia made me aware that you were an automated system, and that no human being looked at the photos when they were sent and came through with no heads. That was my problem---was that anyone putting together a calendar with no heads---that SOMEONE should have noticed that, either when the photos came in or the calendar was shipped out--- and to send out a product as totally unacceptable as that, obviously doesn’t care about quality or customer satisfaction or service. I certainly wouldn’t do business with a company that clearly doesn’t care about quality and customer satisfaction, so NO, I will pass on your offer of paying another $7.99, and certainly will let every review platform know they are dealing with a machine-run company with no human oversight

"Really lame (not really a) blanket"
Really lame. I paid 60$ for something that was meant to be a nice gift for a friend and I’m not able to gift it because it's not actually a blanket. The material is not even really fleece. It's what's used to make a team banner or a kids art project or Uhaul blankets. If this was 20$ blanket and a “you get what you pay for” situation, I would understand it. But I paid 60$ for this blanket. I have every right to expect a blanket, as advertised,--not a giant felt rectangle. Not to mention it came pre stained. Jeez.
Thanks for your offer to spend more money to upgrade and have another blanket sent, but I’ll pass on spending more money at an establishment with such low quality product standards.
It’s unfortunate Printerpix is just another run of the mill company totally content with false advertising and low quality products. I also love how you guys named the material option when creating the project "polar blanket" --this is the lowest priced fleece option and does a great job of tricking the consumer into thinking this fleece is a polar fleece-great way to scam people.
Consumers are squeezed from every direction for the MOST profit and no one considers ethical business practice a priority. Just send a blanket like the one shown in the online picture representing polar fleece-that’s it! Be a COSTCO not a TEMU.
I know I’m just one more consumer complaint in a long line of crap you deal with daily (I've seen the PrinterPix reviews), but it sucks to put time into making a gift and faith in a company to then be misled. Enough already! You know it's not right.

I am compelled to express my disappointment with my recent experience with Printerpix. Despite paying over $400 for expedited shipping to ensure my product would arrive by a specific date, it was delivered nearly three weeks late. This delay significantly impacted my schedule and plans.
Upon addressing this issue, I requested a refund for the expedited service that was not honored. Instead of a refund, I was offered a $200 credit for future purchases, which does not align with my expectations based on their service guarantee prominently displayed on their website. Further, my subsequent emails have gone unanswered, leaving me with unresolved issues and a lack of proper customer service.
This experience has led me to question the reliability and integrity of Printerpix. They have not only failed to uphold their commitment but have also demonstrated a lack of accountability in customer relations. I advise potential customers to consider these factors seriously when deciding to use their services.

Ik ben nu al vanaf december aan het proberen contact met printerpix te krijgen om mijn klacht op te lossen.
Ik heb aangegeven dat ik een kalender hebt laten maken. Ik weet 100% zeker dat de kalender goed was toen ik hem bestelde. Helaas ontving ik een exemplaar wat er heel raar uitzag. Ik keek opnieuw in mijn account en zag dat in mijn project een programmafout zit. Het was een fout in het slabloon. Het deel waarin de foto's stonden (dus de bovenkant van de kalender) zakte naar beneden waardoor de fotos van het scherm vielen, en niet meer zichtbaar waren. Elke keer volgende keer dat ik weer inlogde was het beeld verder gezakt. Aanpassen van de fotopagina's was ook niet mogelijk.
Zojuist ging ik nog even kijken naar mijn project maar nu hebben jullie het hele project verwijderd?!
Inmiddels heb ik heel vaak geprobeerd contact met printerpix te krijgen om dit op te lossen maar zonder resultaat. Ik krijg gewoon geen reactie. Heel slecht.
Er is 1x aangegeven dat ik een nieuwe vervangende bestelling kon doen, maar dat ik wel verzendkosten zou moeten betalen. Dat is natuurlijk belachelijk. Er werd ook gedaan of het mijn eigen schuld was. Maar dat is onmogelijk. Ik plaats natuurlijk geen foto's van halve gezichten! Dit was echt een programmafout. En ik al zou ik het project willen corrigeren, het was onmogelijk.
Ik hoop nog steeds dat ze na 20 mailtjes alsnog met een oplossing komen. Want de foute kalender hangt nu bij mijn ouders in de woonkamer. Dit was hun kerstcadeau!

The 2 blankets I just had done turned out great! My niece and nephew will love them. However, I did order one back in October 2023 and that one wasn’t as good.

"Do not expedite "
When I placed my order I paid to have it expedited. Not only did I not receive the book in the time frame I paid for, it didn't even ship before then. When I did get a shipping notification, the tracking number comes back as invalid. I'm stuck with no book and no answers.
