BUYER BEWARE. I Find it hilarious that someone responds to be faster on my poor review then to my customer service requests. I have not received an update on my order since 2/11. do not waste your money, use another trusted service and save yourself the headache.

"They cropped two of the 3 photos…"

They cropped two of the 3 photos poorly. The one had only a horses face and they cut the nose off. Realy?!?!

Commander le 7 fevrier 2025 et j'ai pris envoi rapide on es le 21 février 2025 toujours pas de nouvelle pour ma commande pour une plaid avec photo , sur la commande il disent " y travaillent dessu " depuis le 7 février et quand je met mon numéro de commande sa me met " numéro invalide " genre que il n'y a pas de commande , que tout es note sur mon compte et j'ai reçu un mail de confirmation et sa a été débiter de mon compte bancaire , j'ai écrit plusieurs mail mes aucune réponse , je met mon numéro de commande en cas où " 101515935" je veut absolument mon plaid ou 1 remboursement . Énormément déçu 😞

"Newbie, what to know? "

Here's what I thought was good to know about this purchase.
* The system wasn't too bad to work with. Typical simple editor picture system. Printerpix did a decent job, especially for the quality of pictures given to them. I got the 8"x11.5", top binding calendar.
* I didn't realize the entire page was 8"x11.5" with a top binder (half pictures/half calendar- so roughly 4" square for each section). I had it in my head that each section was 8"x11.5". This made it harder on the older family members to read what was written on either section.
*Actually it was closer to an A4 size. I had to get special envelopes 9.5"x14.5" to fit them as the 8.5"x12" envelope I ordered was too small lengthwise. The 9.5"x14.5" size made it a little more expensive to mail. Printerpix doesn't include envelopes for you to mail them.
* Be realistic on your dates during the Holidays. Their system may indicate within 7 to 14 days but it was a little over a month from start to receipt. I ordered expedited printing and regular shipping. Printerpix also marks them as "at the shipping facility" when I am pretty sure they are still printing them. Mine "went to shipping facility" almost a full week before the shipping facility acknowledged receipt.
* Customer Service is very polite but doesn't actually say much beyond what you can read in the FAQ.
* Can only use one Groupon per order.
Overall family loved them, just would have been nice to know.

Their site did not meet my needs. I could not change the start date on calendar and had to redo the whole thing!

"Package sent to wrong address"

The quality of the photo on the canvas was absolutely beautiful once it was received.

However, I ordered this through my ApplePay, which automatically gives the shipper my address. Whoever packaged and created the label for the package put the wrong address switching the apartment number for the street number. Luckily, I was able to go to the neighbors once UPS said my package was delivered to me and had looked outside and the package was not there. I looked at all of the information from the confirmation e-mail and realized PrinterPix made the mistake as my ApplePay definitely has the correct address.

Overall, glad there wasn’t any issues even though the package was sitting out in 14 degrees weather for a while. Held up well, and my boyfriend really loved the photo of him and my son for our living room.

"Review continuation"

It has now been over three months since I placed an order. Sent numerous emails and still have not received a response. I had someone working for this company copy and paste a generic response with another email. I have emailed the new email address and I still have had no response.
Having no response to my emails, and the prospect of small claims, I believe I'm going to have to go down the route of small claims which is ridiculous.
Please do not waste your money, don't use this company.

"Nice quality"

I've made several books with your company. I like the quality of them. I have "lost" some and your tech department was able to recover them. That was very helpful! I wish you had some more clip art options for holidays and children related themes.
