This review details the extremely frustrating experience with the recent hot water outage repair at my property. As of writing this review, the issue remains unaddressed.

Despite the issue being classified as an emergency, the lack of hot water has persisted for nearly a week due to a series of missteps. The plumber visited the property twice, each time failing to bring the necessary parts to complete the repair. This resulted in further delays and extended the period without hot water. This lack of preparedness and inefficiency caused significant inconvenience and disruption to daily life.

The situation was particularly concerning as it was flagged as an emergency. The repeated need to order parts after the plumber's arrival suggests a significant lack of planning and communication within the service team.

Overall, the service provided thus far has been completely unacceptable. A clear improvement in communication, planning, and part availability is necessary to ensure a swift resolution and prevent similar situations in the future.

I received a very good and fast response from UW today when I had an issue with my drains. Satchin Medappa managed to get an engineer come and investigate and solve the problem.
