The visit was booked between 8 & 12noon. A morning off work was acceptable. Then the visit was delayed to 1pm then 2pm then 3pm then arrival 3.45pm. I lost a day of work, as I am 10 minutes drive from home I could easily have had a call at work & been home for the engineer. A poor system of managing visits. The engineer was efficient when he arrived!
