Spoke with Leah and she was very helpful and came back to me within 5 minutes with an appointment date/time for the engineer to call to do the Gas Safety Record.

The first engineer did not turn up. After I waited in for two and a half hours I called and was told that he had called in sick and wasn't coming but nobody thought to tell me. The engineer that attended the next day was courteous and friendly and cleared the blockage quickly
