We spoke to utility warehouse who stated thus company was managing our boiler service. They failed to arrange this so to keep our boiler guarantee we have paid privately. We are now informed as we cancel we will get no refund for the service we never received and a further fee of £30. If I had known this was simply a facilities company who phones round to find a plumber I could have done this more successfully myself.
