"Started off great someone came out to…"

Started off great someone came out to my boiler the same morning. Sadly it was taking 6 days to get it repaired when the temps are -5. This isn’t good enough especially when I’m vulnerable and blaming it on an old boiler when British Gas used to fix it the next day with the same new part. Will be cancelling asap.

"Couldn't care less about customers"

Couldn't care less about customers, even their phone representative agreed I had been unfairly treated and wouldn't like the situation they had put me in, which really tells you something. On 12th January on of their engineers came out, looked at the boiler and told me it COULD BE REPAIR
ED on Monday. However on Saturday, I phone, as they had bothered to try that morning , and inform me the boiler needed replacing and wad beyond economic repair. Well, why on earth would the engineer say it could be repaired (I have the messages to prove it). They have let me suffer in the freezing cold out of pure greed.

Good morning Karen. As you can see from the date, this review was made over a month ago and preferred management are not going to do anything about how I have been treated. Further proof of complete lack of care. I really don't see how a boiler can be deemed beyond repair when one of your own engineers said it was very easily repairable. But there we go.
