My experience with moomoo has been great! So easy to navigate, easy to trade, so many learning platforms. I’m new to trading so this was daunting for me, but through the last couple of weeks that I’ve had my account, it’s been great. If I had of heard about moomoo early I would have got an account earlier.

A super beginner friendly app with lots of features to get you started on trading. They also offer great offers and deals for free stocks, good interest rates on deposits and so on. I think it's a great way to take the first step into trading and reap some great financial rewards!! It's also really user friendly and pretty easy to navigate.

"I've been with moomoo nearly nine…"

I've been with moomoo nearly nine months. Their app takes some getting used to, but once you master it you realise it's full of useful knowledge and potential for the investor. To date, I've learnt about EFTs, short positions, fractional trading, candle sticks, Fibonacci signs and paper trading. The customer support is amazing. They'll get back to you within a few minutes, and usually you'll be talking to a real human instead of a bot.

"Great UX experience/community overall, room for improvement"

The UX experience overall has been very intuitive, making the passive income generation journey less daunting. The teams efforts to build and maintain a community on top of a trading platform aimed at retail investors is an added bonus to those that are new to all of this, so definitely creates value.

The only sticking points right now for me that I'd hope to see the team working on in future for AU-based clients:

- access to more markets globally.
- ability to transfer in foreign currency funds rather than forcing clients to use in-house/moomoo's rates.
- holding multi currency at capped amounts so clients can make decisions to repatriate it reinvest? (Yes I understand there could be restrictions and regulations constraints around this.)
