Moomoo is easy to navigate once you get a hang off all the features. With well thought out menu bars separating all the main features you need. There is loads of tuition available and real upto date information. The Point system is exciting with daily points earned for just checking in. Well done moomoo keep up the good work.

Wonderful experience of moomoo, so smooth navigation and good perks to start with and a new trade customer I did enjoy the free trade stocks. Moomoo in itself is a learning database apart from being broker , platform has loads to knowledge for one to gain. Lastly the community base is in depth with frequent useful updates.

So far so good. Had a 6.8% interest rate on cash balance (not invested) low fees and had a gift card of sorts for a full month of free brokerage costs. Really great to use, reasonably beginner friendly with more advanced options to ease into. Points for daily logins and such available and can be redeemed for brokerage free cards and other gifts.

I started using two weeks back as a user from Malaysia. It is approved and regulated in my country of residence. Moomoo has a very impressive user interface that is intuitive to navigate around. It has a suite of features and tools that are typically used by professional investors.

The breath and depth of stocks and market financial information are amazing and at the same time intimidating to use. You probably don't need most of the information inside, but when you do, they are there.

"Moo-moo is a fraud stay away"

Moo-moo is a fraud. Guys, be careful. I wired the money two weeks ago through the bank. They said it would take 3-4 business days, but now they’re telling me there’s no confirmation, no timeline, and I just have to wait. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Also, the customer service is horrible! They’re rude in how they present themselves and speak, and they’re not helpful at all.

"Warning: Stay away from moomoo! It's a trap!"

I opened an account with Moomoo about a month ago, and it has been a nightmare. After I realized that Moomoo is phone app-based and not PC-based, I requested a transfer to Fidelity, but they have been blocking this simple request. Their phone app does not always work. I have a T-Mobile for my wireless phone service, and when I try to place a trade on my phone, I get a message saying network error. I called their customer service, and a guy in Hong Kong told me to change my phone wifi connection to that of a home or cafe wifi in order for the app to work. What is the point of a phone app that only works when you are connected to a certain wifi? Even Fidelity tells me that Moomoo is the worst in terms of giving customers a hard time in transferring their account out. I was duped by a moomoo promotion, and let me tell you, it is not worth it. I wish somebody had warned me about moomoo earlier.

I purchased some options through the broker, and later I have been trying to close my option positions. However, the system not allowed me to do that and said I need upgrade my option level. I then submitted my upgrade level request, and the system gave me notice that my request was approved. However, when I tried to put my trade order, the system did not yet allowed me to do that, and said I need upgrade my option level.
I tried to email their customer service, but the customer service said I need contact them by phone. When I called them, it has taken me for ever to reach them. I have tried to fix this issue for a whole month, but it was unsuccessful. So I quitted.

Totally, it is not a trustworthy or reliable broker. It is a bad bad bad experience for me. I have lost a lot of money when I missed placing the trade order.

Keep away from this worst broker company in the whole world!!!!!!
