Got insurance for my working holiday in Canada.
Last month I had a backcountry skiing accident that resulted in a fractured orbital bone, an ambulance ride to the hospital, a couple of stitches, and a CT scan. I paid for everything up front and was reimbursed by True Traveller within 3 weeks or so after submitting all paperwork and bills.
Everyone I interacted with, via phone and email, was extremely kind and professional.
I will definitely be getting policies through them again in the future.

Toe fracture, paid for the hospital bill myself. When contacted Truetraveller the case was resolved very quickly, paperwork was pretty simple and I had the money within a week.

I used true traveller for more than a year, didn't happen to use service (any medical cover) however, by the end of every certificate expiration date i use to get notification to my email saying that in few days it will expire. since true traveller is not able to provide service to other european citizens due to recent Brexit policies True traveller seems doesn't care about old customers and send notifications anymore, even though my insurance was still valid. So i ended up now with expired insurance for some time without knowing it . poor service that's all i can say

I am currently overseas and have been having a couple of medical problems. I contacted True Traveller and they have been so kind and helpful.
My claim was sorted and paid for within a week of contacting them and the staff really care about how I am doing.

"I had to make a claim & I was guided…"
I had to make a claim & I was guided promptly about the process. After submitting the necessary documents there was a significant delay in receiving response. However when I sent an email to chase that up I received very prompt reply to state that my claim will be paid by in to my account. Overall I’m very satisfied with the service & I wouldn’t hesitate to take the insurance again.

"I took out True Traveller insurance…because I got stuck abroad by travel restriction"
I took out True Traveller insurance because travel restrictions made it impossible to return to the UK. They have been great in that I was able to get travel insurance in the middle of a trip of abroad. It turned out that I needed some emergency dental treatment after having the policy for only a few days. True Traveller were very helpful and their advisors easy to contact and accessible. They have compensated me for the expenses incurred without any problems. I would reccomend True Traveller to everybody. They actually do as their publicity promises and no hidden clauses etc. They are especially useful for people who need to take out insurance in the middle of a holiday or who get trapped abroad in these times.
