"Covid canceled plans"

Had to cancel our half term holiday the day before travel due to a failed PCR test. Took six weeks to process, but fully settled less the excess by TT. Very satisfied. Glad I took their insurance. Will use them again.

"Medical compentence and great support"

We've used True Traveller for a full year and received great support. Cover of expenses was not really the need for us as the European Health Card was sufficient for the incidents we had. The value was rather the medical team they had to give second opinion of treatment, translation of medical documents and availiabilty of support. Will happily use them again, but a drawback is that they have limitations for long distance sailors, as they do not cover anything whatsoever outside 60 miles of a "safe haven", even illness/injury not related to any extreme sailing. I get that they would not cover search and rescue, but this is normally covered by specific insurances.

"Absolute joke of a business"

Absolute joke of a business. Do not use them. Took payment for travel insurance only for me to have to chase my policy documents and then be told my policy hadn’t been accepted. They blamed my browser version (!) for the fact they took payment! Either scammers or a mickey mouse operation. I’m just glad i won’t have to claim anything through them. Although i am now abroad and uninsured

True Traveller insurance were very professional when I had to submit a claim for a complex case. From the start of the claim till the end of the process they were very supportive and did their utmost to help in very difficult circumstances. I am truly grateful to all of the staff there as they couldn’t have done more. I highly recommend this company and will definitely insure with them again.

I had a nasty injury which required immediate emergency care. True traveller were amazing. They co ordinated with the hospital and paid my out of pocket pharmacy expenses promptly. In addition I received emails to check on my progress until all procedures were completed.
I travel frequently and have used many different providers, in this instance my expectations were surpassed. I would have no hesitation in recommending True traveller.

I am so pleased I took out my policy with True Traveller, they have been so easy to deal with and very helpful. I had to make a claim due to a dental emergency, it was a nice smooth process and I heard back about the claim within a week. I would use True Traveller again for future trips without a second thought!

I got unwell while on a holiday in Crete, I had to visit a local doctor's clinic and was prescribed antibiotics and some other medications. Making a claim was simple (I did it all via email) and True Traveller covered everything.

I've also contacted TT via their online chat a couple of times in the past, it's easy and fast to get through to an agent, and they've always been super nice and helpful.

I am really happy that I selected TT as my travel insurance, and would definitely recommend them!
