I am very satisfied with the service. The communication was smooth and quick and everything was settled in few days. A while ago I had experience with other insurance that gave me grey hair and I saw the difference. For sure I will use this insurance in the future.

Alright, I have never done a claim on any insurance, but this one was as smooth as it gets. Me and my wife took out insurance last year (2020) early autumn a bit before our trip abroad. Super annoyingly for us, we tested COVID positive just before flying, so the trip went into quarantine instead of abroad. We cancelled all our trips and tickets. Apart from the annoyance of communicating with the likes of WizzAir to get the cancellation confirmation (nothing to do with True Traveller!), making a claim for the non-refundable elements of our trip of around 500 or 600 Euro was easy, and True Traveller processed the claim quickly and, which one must appreciate these days, very politely.
