"Not so easy to be approved to trade with them"
I'm a future trader who is just starting out. I decided to start using my own money to invest with and decided to go through Ninja Trader. After 2 days of submitting document after document I finally gave up and decided it's not worth it to go with them. This company keeps advertising it's quick and easy and you can begin trading the same day you apply. That's a big lie! If this is my money I'm using why do I need to go through this hassle? I've already missed out on 2 days of trading going through this crap. I'll find a better company who likes making money off me to handle my account. Ninja Trader is bad news!

03/15/24 - Emilio was extremely patient and helpful towards solving my problem. I had created a weekly risk setting and wasn’t able to place a trade. Emilio was kind enough to research what I had did and explain it to me.

Adrain B, was excellent in following up. Our time zone difference was between changes in Daylight Savings times and Singapore. Their day is close to my midnight.
Adrain was polite and effective in reinstalling my NinjaTrader 8 to my local computer, rather than the previous install that went to OneDrive automatically, without my knowledge.
Adrian was able to migrate my templates and settings over correctly, without me having to redo them again. It Saved me a lot of Time!
