Joshua's help in customer service was OUTSTANDING. I trade Tradovate which Ninja Trader ownes and operates as a second trading platform. He help on three totally unrelated problems with answers and links supporting his response. I have not had such support like this in years by ANY company.
Thank you Joshua you are a credit to the words "customer service".

I could not resolve my issue. I am not a techie. Chris arranged right away to call and remotely addressed my issue. With great patience and kindness he explained the reasons. All Ninja staff is great. Pleasure to work with each staff member!

Zackery has been working with my corrupted Ninja 8 platform for the last 2 days.
Today he cleared my problem using "Team". While we had to repair the platform he was able to save my connections and most of my template info.
He was very thorough and made sure I was back up and working with out any additional issues.

This was done with a pleasant
professional manner!

Was very pleased with the outcome.
