My platform hung, Scheduled a phone support. The tech was super knowledgeable, but what I liked to most was the ease of communication, he understood every thing I said and I understood him. He's sharp keep him, also I asked him how to duplicate a chart, he showed me how, it's so easy (once you know the magic trick) love the software and the support. Thanks

I was assisted today with Adrian form NT support through Team viewer and he was exceptionally helpful. and he was so knowledgeable and able to do it with ease. He knew right away what needs to be done and had to reinstall the NT8 and had to do all the files one at a time to make sure ewverything is all working fine. I got lucky again that i had the kind of help I need when i needed one. and his explanation for things is so simple that i could understand it well, without the jibberish that others might say. Well done Adrian. Hope everyone are supportive like him.

Clayton was exceptional in all matters. His response time was so prompt over a 5 or so day period we messaged back and forth. Typically dealing with larger companies, I expect 24 hours or so at the earliest. I was getting responses sometimes in the matter of minutes. He went well above and beyond to help me with running test, trying different data providers, trying different indicators and so on. I really appreciate everything Clayton did and leaving a small note here to compliment him, is the least I could do for all the time and effort he put into helping me.
