Sadly, you can't choose the install location for the NinjaTrader8 documents folder which caused me some issues during re-installation (after NT8 randomly stopped working for some reason).
Thankfully, Christopher J was on scene to fix my NT8 software. Pretty much all he did was reinstall NT8 for me, but he had some tips which were very useful.
1 - how to backup NT8 workspaces, templates, etc.
2 - the likely cause of my initial issue was a corrupt xml file which he taught me how to fix should that happen again
All in all, great platform and support. Custom file locations would make this a 5 star review.
