"Unstable platform and horrible support"
The web platform is decent when it works. However, at least twice a week it blips out/crashes and loses all of the templates you have saved. It'll also give you an error saying "subscribe to data" when you try to log in, if you have a trade on, it's costing time and money.
Customer Service and Support are awful. The chat bot runs you in circles and when you finally get someone live, they have no idea what to do (unless you just need to cancel your account). The support team is condescending and rude, and generally have no answers except "try to clear your cache and cookies" My 6 year old can do that.
I guess that's the inherent risk of using a cheap, subpar product run by a support team that has no idea how to help their customers.
I'll be withdrawing my money and moving to a competitor on Monday. NinjaTrader isn't worth the hassle.
