"BT 6000 screen replacement "
Amazing service! I dropped the parent unit on our kitchen floor and done a right number on the screen! Thought there was no come back for it but #savemydevice to the rescue! Not only did Leo replace the screen, when I opened up the returned unit he’s left a note to say he’d also replaced the charging port as it was “on its way out” all at no extra cost! Fast and quick service, sent on the 10/4/24 and received back on the 13/4/24. Will definitely be recommending and using again IF the need arises! Thank you Leo for going above and beyond:)

Power button broke on my Garmin Edge.
Called Leo to confirm he could do the repair beforehand. And then followed the simple steps from the website. Repair was done and device returned to me in a couple of days.
Really happy that I didn’t have to replace to the device, it’s great service they offer.

"An absolutely first rate service"
An absolutely first rate service. My Garmin Edge bike computer needed a repair so I decided to give Save My Device a punt and wasn't I disappointed. The process is simple, inexpensive (compared to replacing my device) and quick. Ironically, it's one of those services that you hope you never have to use but if something goes wrong, I can't recommend them highly enough.

I’m so impressed with this service. Leo fixed the charging point on my baby monitor back in November 2022 and it’s been working perfectly ever since. I recently smashed the screen on the same device and sent it to Leo to fix. The monitor is like brand new. After reading previous reviews I felt very confident in choosing Leo to send my devices to and I was correct in doing so. From my 1st email to enquire if he could fix my 2 Motorola baby monitors he was so reassuring and helpful.
One of the monitors was unfortunately beyond repair even though Leo did his best to salvage it. He replaced several different common parts that could be cause of fault but ultimately realised that main board was gone and beyond economic or viable repair. This was all communicated to me at time. After all this effort he even refunded me a larger amount than I expected for all his skill, expertise and time. I felt he should have taken more but he assured me it covered it outlays.
The other monitor was repaired and functioning as good as new and returned the next day (Along with the unrepairable device) Very speedy, efficient and thorough service. Great communication and customer service from start to finish. 10/10. Use this man for all your device repairs
