Battery replaced in BT baby monitor handset. Unfortunately still didn’t work for some reason. Contacted the seller who advised to send it back. A bit of a faff but ultimately he replaced the battery again with one he’d tested and refunded me for the additional postage, so now I have a working monitor. Can’t fault the service on that basis
