Brilliant. Good to talk to Leo on the phone first, gave me confidence that this was right course to take. Got my Garmin back super fast. He must have fixed it and got it back in the post on the same day he received it. Is now working perfectly again, and saved me having to replace my, still relatively new, Garmin and a few hundred quid. Will happily use SaveMyDevice again if I ever need something fixed.
