"The camera was returned broken"

The camera was returned in the same state as sent, not working. There is no evidence the battery was changed or anything done in order to fix it. Should have known as allegedly SaveMyDevice claims not to have a canary charger to test the new battery, really??! Either way wasted £65 and a load of hassle…

Just received a shocking and factually incorrect response!! Without picking it all apart I was told not to include any peripherals with the camera as returning them would not be guaranteed…

Brilliant, very quick service for a very fair price. Joe stated what he could do, confirmed by phone that what he suspected was the snag with my Garmin Approach Golf device was indeed the cause and took the balance of money for the job, he returned the device in under 5 working days fully functional for a match I had to play at an away venue.

"Fixed USB port in Garmin Edge 1030"

The USB-C port in my Garmin Edge 1030 stopped working. Garmin offered to replace for a newer unit for 200 pound. Didn't want to do that so sent it to SaveMyDevice. They fixed it for 40 pounds and now it works like a charm again. I sent it to them on a Friday and had it back the next Thursday. Really amazing.
