Sent off our baby monitor for investigation as we didn’t know what was wrong with it. We sent the monitor off, had feedback and advice 24 hours later and the monitor back with us a couple of days after that working perfectly. Very happy!!

Absolutely brilliant service. The repair was easy to order and returned quickly. He must have received, repaired and posted back on the same day. Being without a baby monitor and facing paying over £200 for a like for like replacement was not ideal. Having the repaired unit returned to me so quickly and for a reasonable price was a huge relief
