I had a problem with a Garmin Edge 1000. Leo took a look and sent me a message straight back to tell me what it was and how much it would be to sort out. The unit was sent back almost by return. Tried it out and now works perfectly; well worth the modest repair charge. Excellent customer service. I don't often give reviews, but this was definitely service that deserves recognition.

Excellent service - fixed my old Garmin Edge 800 which had two things wrong (the usual charging point problem and a failed on-button). Great communication, flexible in providing an alternative solution to the power button, quick, and moderately priced. Such a great way to keep old electronic devices going.

Device was posted out on Monday lunchtime, and was received back on Wednesday. The charge port on my Garmin 520 plus was repaired and is now charging.

Superb service and great value. The charging point had broken on my Garmin cycling computer. Sent it off and had it back within a week and that inc a a day when I wasn’t in to take the delivery.
