This cover protects an Eriba Triton 430GT and I requested two modifications- 1. Increasing the width a little so we can leave the Omnistor blind attached without straining the cover. 2. Increase the drop all around a little so when I lift the Eriba off the ground over the winter it protects the mover and reduces the gap to the ground which in turn lowers the dripping edge. Protec delivered on the alterations I submitted so I am well pleased. Great service.

The cover fitted pefectly, and so easy to fit can do it on my own no problem at all, I have used it on numerous occasions since, and not used the caravan without fitting it. Great product and made in the UK what more can I say.

I've had the cover now for ten years and it still works well keeping at bay all the winter weather. The caravan comes out in the same condition as it was put away. The interior stays snug and dry and as we live in Salisbury even the Novichok hasn't affected it's performance. An excellent product.

We recently ordered a towing cover for our new caravan. The design is far superior to other covers on the market and only takes two minutes to fit. Unlike many tow covers on the market this one has no straps, it fits into the awning channel and, therefore, fits snugly against the surface of the caravan eliminating any flapping. We live down a country lane which can be very mucky if the tractors have been up and down but now we can reach the main road knowing the front of the caravan is still spotless. We would thoroughly recommend purchasing this cover.

"My third cover from Protec"

This is the third cover I have from Pro-Tec and the service improves every time. The covers are custom made to the size and layout of the Caravan and this time I even got a transparent window included for my Solar panel. I received regular updates on the progress of my order and the delivery time has reduced from 5-6 weeks to just over 2 weeks which is even better than before. The easy fit poles have also been replaced for a much stronger version from Harris (the paint brush/handles people). The only minor niggle was that the packaging had been damaged in transit so potentially could have lost a pole but hadn't.

I have just had great service from Protec. They made an excellent job of repairing my Protec caravan cover; it looks just like new. I was given a fixed price for the work that included collection and return. The repair was also done a bit quicker than quoted. Their product is good, made in the UK and repaired in UK if need be.
