I purchased a protec cover at the NEC. It was a good price and I was kept informed at each stage where my product was.

Excellent service. Ordered a cover at the show and nothing to pay until our order was processed. Delivered on time and fitted perfectly, including the clear panel for our solar panel. Looking forward to a clean caravan when we next use it.

We are very please with our cover & the excellent fit. Protec ensured that they understood not just the model of our motorhome but also any other factors that would affect the fitting eg. habitation door access, awning, arial etc etc

We have not gone through the winter with it in place yet but we expect not to be do exactly as it should do.

Whilst an incorrect email address prevented updates my order arrived on the nail as confirmed. I ordered by telephone and the process was quick and efficient throughout. The cover has now been fitted, like a glove, and I am very pleased with the overall quality and the simplicity of fitting . I shall be ordering a travelling cover in February.

Excellent product and service, kept me informed of the progress of my order from placing the order to the delivery. Cover manufactured and delivered within two weeks. The cover was delivered within the time slot. This is the second Travel Cover I have had from Pro-tec, only bought a new one because of Caravan change. This new cover with the centre zip is really easy to got.

"Our best advice is simply don't…"

Our best advice is simply don't 'attempt' to buy your Motorhome cover from Pro Tec Covers as they appear to have have some kind of manufacturing problem and as a result, you may well be given the run around like we have for the last 6 weeks. First of all we were told they did not have the measurements for our Motorhome (even though they made one for us for the same vehicle 7 years ago). Then we were told 4 weeks ago delivery would take 4 weeks from order, yet 4 weeks on we haven't actually been able to place an order with them! This morning when we tried to make payment we were told they have run out of the green material they use and won't be getting more stock until 6th December, so delivery would be 7-10 days from 6th December. Though we aren't convinced this is true as when we called back this afternoon to say we will accept the cover in the blue material, we were then told 'well green or blue we're now telling customers it will be January' - when in January we asked? 'Errr... by the end of January'. That would be three and a half months from us asking to place an order to actually receiving the cover. What a shower they are (no pun intended)...! They have messed us around now at a time of year when a cover will be of greatest value. We could have ordered elsewhere if they are having some kind of manufacturing / supply problems. Just be honest with your customers instead of stringing them along.

"ProTec towing cover"

We recently attended the Caravan Show at the NEC and one of the things we wanted to do was to buy a bespoke front cover for our caravan. We chose it from Protec. The stand at the show was informative with a demonstration cover. The staff were polite and very helpful and our buying experience was all we could have hoped for. The cover came promptly and we are delighted with it. I feel that I have to add at this point that there main competitor was also at the show and our experience with them was far form ideal being ignored by staff and to add insult to injury being asked to move so that they could deal with another customer.

I would definitely recommend Protec as their covers do the job and their staff are so pleasant.
