Talked with a very helpful salesman at the NEC show and decided to buy. The experience could not have been better. The same day, received a confirmation email of our order. The following day received a "your order is with cutting" email and also a "your order is with sewing". Pleased at this quick response as we had discussed a quick turn round and delivery with the salesman. We could see that action was being taken. Having given a date by which we would be pleased to receive or order we were pleased that three days before the date we got notification that our order would arrive the following day. DPD did not let us down. Fitted to the front of the caravan today. Tight fit, but that is not a bad thing. The workmanship is top notch. Very satisfied customer.

I recently purchased a caravan cover from Pro-Tec. I was pleased with both the quality, fit and attention to detail.
Unfortunately after a month I noticed a large cut/split in one of the panels and duly contacted Pro-Tec by e-mail. Kimberley, at Pro-Tec's customer service was so efficient and competent. I sent some photos of the damage and in no time return of the cover was arranged. I received e-mails on arrival, repair and delivery. Within seven working days the cover was returned professionally packed. On inspection the whole panel had been replaced perfectly.

"Pro-tec towing Jacket"

I ordered the Pro-Tec towing jacket on 18th February and was notified by DPD that delivery would be 22nd February, I actually had to defer until Monday 25th due to unforeseen circumstances. I can't believe how quickly they fulfilled my order. Haven't tried it yet, but I am sure I will be delighted with it. The gentleman who assisted me with my order was most helpful, and can't praise their customer service highly enough. Thank you.

Towing cover arrived today just 1 week after placing the order at the Caravan Show at the NEC. What superb service! Have not used it yet but it looks excellent quality. Good communication via email from date of ordering through to delivery. Very impressive service!!

The ordering process was very straight forward, I was told I would be updated with emails throughout the manufacturing process, and it would take approximately two weeks.
I indeed received regular emails and it was delivered exactly two weeks later.
It fits perfectly, and I can’t fault the quality

Ordered over the phone to ensure correct information given. All communications were then by E mail. Kept me up to date on progress and delivered within their hour time slot. Haven't used the cover yet but I don't envisage any problems.
