"Yet again!!"

Yet again, Pro-Tec show their superior customer service. I called to say I wanted to replace my 'A'-frame cover and asked the price, "FOC" she said. Typical, who would want to shop anywhere else, Pro-Tec show the best customer service in the industry, I'll shop nowhere else and would recommend everyone else to as well.

Purchased a Pro-Tec towing jacket from the NEC last year. Great value for money. Fits perfectly, takes no more than a matter of minutes to put on the caravan. ‘Does what it says on the tin’.
Great customer service. Very quick delivery.
Highly recommend purchasing a Pro-Tec jacket.

"Disappointed"

Having only recently used our cover for the first time, we were unable to provide an honest review until now.
The ordering process was lengthy and stressful as we received many calls requesting more measurements and pictures. We enlisted the help of our salesman.
On receipt the box was burst and poles hanging out. We reported this but the call handler was uninterested.
The poles provided were flimsy Harris decorating poles and they bent and broke on the first attempt to use them.
Given the cost of this cover we are disappointed with the service we received. We cannot at this time make comment on functionality.

"VIP towing jacket"

We bought a towing jacket for our new coachman VIP in April whilst initially pleased with product after using a few times found flies/leaves /water go down between cover and caravan windows thus making it wet on inside and also dirty needs to be 10 cm longer to fit to top of channel with coachman name on it been in contact with company with my comments not prepared to change anything so not able to recommend

Phoned the order through as the website was misbehaving. Details were quickly taken and the cover sent 3 weeks later after it was manufactured. Emails were sent keeping me up to date with the progress. Cover fitted well without any problems. Highly recommended

"High Quality Travel Jacket , Beautifully Made."

The Travel Jacket is very good quality and beautifully made. Very strong zips and elastic ties and flaps and velcro to cover the working parts. Will protect our caravan from stone chips and dirt while travelling. So very pleased with it and would not hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish, even got the cover made and delivered in under 3 weeks so it would be ready when we collected our new caravan. The cover is really easy to fit and can even be done by one person. Fits perfect with easy access to locker and grab rails if required.

"Very Poor Fittting Cover Made Worse After Manufacturer Modifications."

We bought a tailored Protec towing cover for our new Elddis Affinity. The material seemed good quality but the fit of the lower half of the cover was very baggy and loose and could be seen flapping in the breeze whilst towing. A universal cover our friends had was a better fit. We contacted Protec and they asked for the cover to be returned for investigation.
We had a long trip booked and sent the cover off with the promise from Protec that it would be returned before our holiday. After a couple of weeks having had no communication I sent emails to both the contact names we had dealt with and neither replied. After phoning three times and leaving messages I eventually had a call returned and was informed that the cover would be back with me the next day. It didn’t arrive until three days later and we postponed our trip for two days.
The cover after modification is a very tight fit, so much so that it now needs two people to zip it up. It is also difficult to thread the nearside half into the awning rail as the strip is wrinkled. from removal and poor sewing when refitted.
Summing up, we are very disappointed with both the cover and the poor after sales communication and
we are going to purchase another manufacturers towing cover to replace the Protec.

"Excellent service."

Excellent service from start to finish. Any queries we had were swiftly answered and we were kept informed of how our order was progressing. Being given a 1 hour time slot for delivery was helpful too.
This is the second cover we have bought from Pro- tec, both being very good fit and much better then the cheaper off the shelf varieties. The first was 6 years old and still had plenty of use left in it. Where it had worn it was easy to repair with a bit of tape and the spare material sent with the cover.
The only reason we needed a new cover was because we bought a much smaller van.
