The cover instructions were easy to understand and the product itself was so easy to set up. We are very happy with it.

Good quality cover, perfect fit. Came quite quickly , good customer service.
A little physical to get cover on but the poles help. My parents bought a cheap cover with no poles and found it very difficult to put theirs on.

"Caravan and show trolley cover"

Caravan cover arrived within a very short time and fitted perfect , well made and pleased with price . So I thought lets give them a challenge , so I send sizes of my dog show crate and asked "could you make me a cover ?" price agreed and cover duly arrived fitted perfectly , only comment would have like to have seen Pro Tec logo on show trolley cover . Well done :)

"Bespoke motorhome cover"

A good quality product made to my measurements which included a bespoke 'hump' to accommodate a back box together with other obstructions. Protec staff very engaging and able to communicate well with progress reports. Well fitting and secure when on the vehicle though somewhat tricky to install due probably to height of vehicle - will use a second person next time. So far so good....

Cover excellent quality and a pretty good fit. Could have done with the opening for the door being slightly higher but door does open if I loosen the adjacent straps that hold it tight.

The 2 long straps provided were too short but replacements were received within a few days.
I would agree with another comment about the delivery company. I waited in for them and was at the back of the house cutting to grass when they arrived. The driver did not come to the back of the house but I noticed the van passing and thought it was turning at the end of the cul-de-sac and would stop on the way back. However, despite me standing almost at the road side he avoided eye contact and drove past. He came next day; his only comment was that he had heard a lawn mower!

Although this is probably outwith Protec's control, I think they should consider a different provider if this is, as appears to be the case, a common complaint.

Protec's long experience showed when we placed our order at the recent NEC, the sales team made it easy for me to order the correct item & I was regularly updated with order's progress through the manufacturing process all the way to eagerly awaited receipt.
I used the Towing Jacket Protector this past weekend & am delighted with the snug fit & the cleverly designed additions of velcro'd grab handle covers & 'recessed' hooks. All in all a great product from a quality company-I'll be using their services again.

"1 star for extremely poor customer…"

1 star for extremely poor customer service. Waited in 3 days for delivery and courier left card in letter box whenthere were 2 cars and a van in drive, lights on and people at home. Phoned protec. When I said would have to arrange redeleivery for one weeks time their response was I would have to do that myself and it would then be my responsibility for arranging safe delivery of our cover! They were extremely unhelpful and could not have cared at all, complete lack of service. Cover arrived in box that had 4 large holes in it the worst 10 inches across in both directions. This was yesterday. To seen cover yet as partner put it in garage to inspect tonight whenhime from work.
