"Whistl do not care about customers"

I've had a dispatch email from Whistl but I'm unsure who sent this item. I've tracked it and for over a week now its been sat in a depot doing nothing. I'm not spending money calling them to find out what they plan to do with the item and there is no email address or chat system for customers. Terrible lack of customer support or care for items.

Had a package due on January 30th, but still never arrived. Checked the tracking with the number provided by the seller and it says its been at the depot. Its now February 12th and its been at the depot with no movement since 24/01.

Their customer service is basically non-existent. Their live chat is utterly useless, as is their Twitter. I also sent an email and have had no reply at all. Not even an acknowledgement. They have the package but tried blaming the seller.

I don't expect to receive the package now but I am shocked and appalled at the non-existent service.

Truly, truly dire and awful.

"Whistle are the worst"

Ordered a book via Amazon. UK worst courier Whistl have / stole it. Every courier can find my address.its on a main road. There are delivery instructions with plus code and pin drop and a description of gate and mailbox colour. 18 days 1 failed attempt. Literally no excuse for being unable to find the address. Incompetent beyond belief and no customer service.

"Just hobbled downstairs as am not good"

Just hobbled downstairs as am not good, and doorbell rang, only to have parcel rammed through letterbox partially and driver had vanished ! Not impressed, and tracking still states tomorrow delivery !

"Not delivered"

Was meant to receive a book delivery. Didnt come in time. Looking at all the bad reviews I really dont know why people use them they're c**p!

"Slowest one in the UK"

Such a rubbish company. I used this company 3 times and it never arrived within the time it promised. It’s hardly to believe that it took 10 days to deliver something to central London from Cambridge. It’s just a joke

"Royal mail delivered it"

I was waiting on an order on Amazon, and on the 27th of Jan it showed it was going to be delivered by 8pm, it never came. I then came to this website and saw all the bad reviews and thought I wasn't going to get it. I finally found the tracking order saying my order was handed to royal mail. I still had doubts I was going to get, but the next day my order came with royal mail. It still came in the expected time frame, so I'm happy

"Order lost in transit"

I ordered an item on 16th January, I tried to track the parcel but it only showed that it been collected from the seller. I contacted the seller on 26th as it had still not arrived, they investigated and said the parcel had not been scanned since leaving their warehouse so presumed it was lost in transit. They have just dispatched a replacement, I hope this one arrives, I don't think I would use this courier myself.

"Shoddy delivery"

Parcel meant to be delivered 26-30th January. I arrive home today (24th) to find my parcel has been dropped blindly over the top of my 6ft gate. Good job it wasn't anything breakable. The tracking ID was H00I8A0019599129

"Could this be some type of scam?"

I ordered something of amazon about a week ago or so and my parcel arrived but it still says that it is dispatched and arriving at 8pm tonight. It doesn’t make sense really and i suddenly get a scam message from “dpd uk” at 9:30 or so in the morning saying that i have a parcel arriving at a specific time or they will get a new driver “kryzstof” to order or i could either click the link. Which i did not click the link and blocked the scammer through SMS. It’s all seems very weird to me so will not consider using this delivery service again.

I tried to contact the seller but they have a bot so it’s really useless. I am extremely worried and angry that my bank details could be effected in this way?!

Update (7th February 2023)- Still receiving ‘dpd uk’ messages about collecting a suspicious parcel from my nearest post office even after being blocked.
